Happy FALL! Isn't it amazing just how fast life can change on you? One minute you are high the next you are low and then another high comes.
I was told my last post was a little too down. I honestly didn't mean to sound down. I was just bored and stressed.
Since the last post a lot has been happening. I took my test. Joel was offered a couple of jobs. Chase started walking. Joel accepted and started work. And I just tried to keep up with things. We are very lucky/fortunate with how things turned out. It looks like we will be able to stay put for a little while longer.
Joel accepted a job with the Town of Dewey. Which means he has an extra 10 minutes to his commute and we can stay in our house. His first day was Monday. And tomorrow will be his first paid vacation...the joys of having a government job!!!
Chase is no longer crawling. He started standing up on his own (without any assistance from surrounding furniture) last week. Since then, I have seen him crawl twice. It is very strange to see such a small being walking around. I keep looking at him with pure amazement. Today we played "ball" or fetch. I would throw the ball, he would bring it back to me. It kept him amused for a good 10 minutes.
